What we collect
When you contact us through this site we record your name, email address, optional phone number, the intent you selected, and the message you sent. We also log the IP address the submission came from and the browser user-agent string — for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.
Newsletter signups
If you subscribe to the WACAM newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe. Double-opt-in confirmation is required before any list activity.
How we use it
Information is used solely to respond to your enquiry or send the newsletter you subscribed to. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets only the essential cookies needed for CSRF protection. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the office.
